Coaching is a collaborative development process

Coaching supports awareness, learning and client-chosen action. The client is responsible for decisions, actions and results. SageStride does not guarantee employment, promotion, credentialing, revenue, business performance or any other specific outcome.

Not therapy, medical care or emergency support

Coaching and mindfulness education are not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical advice, diagnosis or crisis care. Anyone experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency should contact qualified emergency or healthcare services.

Not legal, financial or tax advice

Business and leadership discussions do not replace advice from qualified legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax or regulatory professionals.

Mentor coaching and credentials

Mentor coaching can support professional development and credential preparation. It does not guarantee that the International Coaching Federation or another body will accept an application, renew a credential or award a credential. Requirements should be verified with the relevant body.

Confidentiality and sponsored engagements

Specific confidentiality terms and limits are established in the written service agreement. In organization-sponsored work, objectives and reporting boundaries are agreed with the client and sponsor before coaching begins.
