Why the Circle exists

Coaching develops through practice, reflection and relationship.

Training and credentialing provide an important foundation. Continued growth asks coaches to keep listening to their work: what is present, what is being missed, where partnership deepens and where familiar habits begin to lead the conversation.

The Stride Circle is an ongoing professional practice community—not another course to complete. It creates space for coaches to examine real coaching, practise with intention and develop alongside peers who take the work seriously.

Inside the membership

A rhythm of reflection and deliberate practice.

Members return to four connected practices that support continued development without losing their natural coaching voice.

01

Reflect

Examine what is actually happening in your coaching—not only what you intended to do.

02

Practise

Work with focused experiments that strengthen presence, listening, partnership and client-led learning.

03

Receive perspective

Learn through thoughtful feedback, shared inquiry and exposure to how other coaches notice the work.

04

Grow

Develop your coaching voice while preparing, where relevant, for the expectations of your next credential level.

Who it is for

A community for coaches committed to the craft.

The Stride Circle is for trained and practising coaches who want a consistent place to stay close to their development.

  • Coaches who want reflective practice beyond formal training
  • ACC, PCC and MCC coaches continuing to deepen their work
  • Coaches preparing to progress to another credential level
  • Coaches who value practice, feedback and professional community
  • Coaches seeking greater confidence without losing their natural voice

How it complements mentor coaching

The Circle supports ongoing practice and community. It does not automatically replace formal mentor-coaching hours or other credential requirements. When credential-specific mentor coaching is needed, SageStride can help you identify the appropriate pathway.
